This beautiful 2 Bedroom home sits on 1 acre of land on the road to El Valle, just 4.5 kilometers from the Pan American Highway. Here, you are within 20 minutes of shopping, beaches and mountain villages. The back yard is spectacular with a large variety of fruit and nut trees - including Coconuts, Bananas, Plantains, Guyabana, Cashews, Avocadoes, 2 different kinds of Mangos, Panamanian Lychee Fruit, Limes, .......and likely more. Gardner is included in the rent.

The house is fully furnished with 2 queen beds, dressers, storage cupboard, living room, office, kitchen, and patio furniture as seen here.  For appliances, there is a BBQ, washer/spin dryer, 2 fridges, a propane stove/oven, and toaster oven. All linens, and kitchen supplies, and main small appliances are also included.  All rooms (besides bath) have overhead fans, and office has an air conditioner.

Rent is $400/month plus utilities, damage deposit is also required. At this price, it could even be a great "weekend get-away" spot. This is our retirement home, so excellent, known, references required.

Dial up internet is possible, however we are unsure if high-speed internet would be obtainable now or not.  Internet, Telephone, and Cable would be renter's responsibility to hook-up and maintain.
